Karen Forster founded Aliya Capital after spending a decade working in private equity, venture capital, and start-ups.

Prior to Aliya Capital, she worked for corporations such as Goldman Sachs and The Carlyle Group. She’s invested in and advised numerous businesses.

Karen was born and raised in the UK and has lived and worked in the UK and the US. She holds an MA from the University of Cambridge, UK, and a MBA from Columbia Business School, New York.

She’s particularly passionate about the role that private enterprise can play in improving productivity and is excited to scale b2b businesses for decades.
